Bullet boy 1. How are people and places represented in the film bullet boy? Ricky in the film bullet boy are represented as a stereotypical teenage black boy from a rough area, who has been in prison and has had a hard time growing up and has been caught up amongst lots of violence. Ricky does try to avoid violence and look out for and protect his brother but is dragged back into the violent gang life. 2. Hawaii Five O task 1.  The crime drama genre is shown during the episode by the constant use of action scenes and the the use of violent weapons e.g guns and knifes lots of signifiers are used to re enforce male dominance and the male stereotype such as the action such as chases, violence and investigation and the props used such as guns and police cars and uniforms 2.
